According to what I have read once an approved FORM 4 comes back a 4473 BC is not required for NFA items, box 28 on form, but PA requires a full PICS for what are classified as "firearms". It is my understanding that a suppressor under PA law is not a "firearm" thus no PICS is required but for perhaps filling out the 4473 for the dealer's records. It is my understanding that this also applies to Trusts if the person picking up the suppressor is listed on the FORM 4. What has been your experience regarding this? Thanks |
