Question - Moving OUT OF STATE with NFA item

Ok, all knowledgeable folks. What's the procedure for notifying the authority when an NFA item owner moves out of the state that the tax stamp was originally issued? Permanent relocation, not just a weekend trip.

Asking for a friend who doesn't play on the internet.
