Verifying that a Mass resident can receive pre ban AR magazines? Any requirement to have LTC, etc?

Pre 9/14/1994 mags are legal, so long as the person receiving / possessing has an LTC-A.

Yes, have them text or email you a picture if it. You don’t need to save it or anything and you’ve done your due diligence.
