First, I know you don't sell things except in the EE. But as I understand it, beginning on Aug 1, no more pre-ban mags can be shipped into MA. Is that the case? |

| According to one of the 5 senators that voted against this BS: (1) NOTHING goes into effect for 90 days AFTER the Gov signs the bill (which she has not done yet). (2) It's likely given her political aspirations, that won't happen (yet, anyway) given the dumpster fire that it is. |

She signed the bill a little while ago. I’m sure this will eventually get overturned in the courts, but you MA guys are screwed until then. I feel bad for people who just recently got their license and haven’t had an opportunity to stockpile. |

Looks like I can still hunt in MA with my 220 bolt action slug gun but not my 11-87 anymore. No mention of muzzleloaders, looks like they're still non guns. |

Actually....according to the link above: "Any muzzleloader that utilizes modern ammunition components and/or can be readily converted to accept a modern cartridge or barrel (for example) will now require and LTC or FID". So if you have an inline (i.e. 209 primer for example, Rem Ultimate Muzzleloader, Federal Firestick), it's a no-go. Flint or percussion cap it would appear is OK |
