What do you want to pay? Closer to ND and the nicer the price goes way up. They have built a number of nicer apartments around ND , downtown SB, and over into Mishawaka. Typical house rental is pretty high , again depending on location. Niles , New Carlisle , North Liberty , Walkerton , and Mishawaka are all within about 20 min of ND area and offer some cheaper and often better options. |
