I hold a handgun class a few times a year in the Waterloo area. I plan to do one indoors in January. Here is the curriculum. Feel free to ask any questions or DM me. This is s a performance pistol shooting class for those who have become proficient in safe use of a firearm and ready to learn how to shoot faster and more effectively. We will cover: Practical shooting accuracy Grip Trigger control Recoil control Dry fire Target transitions Shooting on the move Shooting around visual barriers Gun handling How to Practice You will need a quality medium to full size handgun in 9mm or larger, a kydex holster preferably OWB, 3 magazines (more if lo-cap), a magazine pouch, 300 rounds of ammunition. We do pistol, rifle, long range rifle and NVG classes on our range near Elkader Iowa. It is an outdoor range so classes will start back up in March and run to October.
