So are person to person firearm transfers still being allowed through the ISP portal? Not for assault weapons on the Illinois list, but a bolt action or pump shotgun or single shot rifle? Etc Because I was told today that you can still use the portal and do private gun sale. Also- do you need to get a FFL to take the paperwork and hold on to it for 20years? |
