Just locate the Shepard’s Branch Shooting Range off Ashland Highway and keep going down the trail past the range if you have a 4x4. There’s an old campsite/swimming place on Talladega Creek once you reach the bottom that was utilized by the local gold mines. There’s another site down the highway locals call Rob Roy. Water department cut off access to other area we used to use. |
