Then again I got plans for the weekend. |

Show this weekend. My wife is checking out some stores in Orlando and dropping me off to do my own shopping. Don't expected to be there too long as it doesn't take me long to browse, but who knows, with Christmas around the corner and I have been really good this year.....something may follow me home. |

| $15 to get in? Do they charge parking too? It's crazy the prices to just look at high priced stuff you can get cheaper elsewhere and even at the same stores that are selling there. I haven't been to a show in a long time to get a firearm and I used to go a good amount. |

FWIW- I’ve been attending the show at the Volusia County Fairgrounds put on by “Sport Show Specialists”. It is a VERY small show but free parking, an $8 entry and a refreshing amount of true collectors, shooters and those just looking to sell some old guns setting up tables. Very reminiscent of old fashioned “Gun Shows” from my youth. Be warned, it is a SMALL show. To help make the trip worth it we stop by AAA gun and pawn in Deland which has some neat stuff. Sometimes we make a day of it and do a little “gun shop safari” and hit places in Daytona, Port Orange and NSB as well. https://flgunshows.com/shows/ No connection to the show promotors or AAA gun and pawn. I just like this kinda stuff. |
