With Firearms' law's in ever states of flux - a friend from PA and myself a current prisoner in NJ are looking to purchase NFA toys for their enjoyment in PA. Under current Fed/State laws would we be better off going with a Trust or LLC ownership of the to be purchased NFA items? Thanks, NZT |

Hire Joshua Prince. By reputation and name recognition, he's the top 2A/NFA attorney in PA and possibly the northeast. I looked into this when I had family in PA but lived in a non-NFA friendly state. Based on my research it is possible, but I'd rather pay a good 2A/NFA attorney and make sure I do it right, than deal with NJ.gov assholes, Josh Shapiro on a crusade, and/or a future non-Trump DOJ looking to "make an example" out of me. |
