ACLU argued he was a victim of being incarcerated for a non violent drug crime and Biden pardon this Iowa man from Federal prison in the last round of massive pardons given in late January 2025. Think how many more are in those pardons that have still not been fully disclosed and realized. So many times state charges are waived for the Feds to put them away for a long time for other related crimes. Here is a small snapshot into Mr. Hills past activities. Everything is behing a pay wall for me but if you google you can read about numerous more things that should have had him in prison for life by now. Biden Pardons Pachino Hill No pay wall with more info Pachino Hill of Davenport commuted by Biden DAVENPORT, Iowa (KWQC) - A Quad Cities man, who has been arrested more than 60 times dating back to his teens, had his federal prison sentence commuted by former President Joe Biden. Biden issued thousands of pardons and commutations on Jan. 17, among them was Pachino Tehran Hill. Hill is now slated to be released on July 16. He was originally slated to be released in 2029. He will serve his three years of supervised release. In February 2010, he pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court, Davenport, to conspiracy to obstruct justice and tampering with a witness, attempted retaliation against a witness, attempted tampering with a witness, and a drug charge. Later that year he was sentenced to 20 years in prison and three years of mandatory supervised release. The judge in that case ordered the sentence to run consecutively, or back-to-back, with a 25-year sentence he was serving in a Scott County vehicular homicide case. In the Scott County case, he was placed on parole in July 2012, and parole ended in August 2016. Hill has other convictions, including voluntary manslaughter, dating back to the 1990s. Certainly some were not. Certainly it didn't matter (to them). I think one thing people overlook is Trumps mass pardon (~1500) was for a specific staged political event that people were unjustly persecuted. None of those pardons were taking in the persons whole life, Trump was just righting that single wrong they experienced and the pardon only focused on that one event. Where what Biden did (~8000) was just a huge FU to the general public. Pardons covered large spans of time and unnamed acts, along with deviating from the norm about reviewing criminal acts prior to pardoning, when single different criminal acts were involved. This one alone you can book it that future violence and mayhem will be coming from this person as soon as they are out. There was no systemic political tyranny being righted in these criminal pardons Biden gave out. The pardons between the two are no way a like. |
