| I'm not native but, truly love AZ. I want to live out my last days under the relentless heat of the sun and the captivating scenery of the Desert South West. I would be more than happy to live in a shed as a caretaker of property, or ranch hand looking after live stock given the opportunity. If any of Y'all have the need for a solid person that you can depend on to take care of your property affairs for a few more years to come before I can't do it anymore I would appreciate hearing from you! |

While I have no need for your services, I would encourage you to consider the Prescott region. Sort of Goldilocks weather. Doesn’t get the searing heat of Phoenix ( typically 20 degrees cooler than Phoenix) does get cold for a short time in winter, but only rare every 4-5 year snowfall of any significance We have one of the best rated VA health facilities there is. Using it myself I can say service is top notch, and as a medical practitioner myself can tell they are doing things right. |
