LB58 the Red Flag Law and others will be considered by the Judiciary Committee on Feb. 28 beginning at 1;30 pm.
If you can attend or offer testimony against this abortion of a bill please do so! If not, anyone can submit testimony via email. Include LB58 in the subject line, express your opposition to the bill and ask that it be included as part of the public hearing record. You must include your name and address in your letter. FIND YOUR STATE SENATOR And here is what i sent to mine, feel free to use it. I am emailing you today as a resident of your district asking you to remember to vote NO on LB58! Not only does this bill take away individuals right to due process it infringes upon their second amendment rights to keep and bear arms! Also, Nebraskans are tired of these failed liberal big city legislation creeping into our good life. I ask for your unwavering support for the 2A against ALL anti-gun legislation! | I was disappointed to read that the Sarpy Co Sheriff Office testified in support of the bill. I was I surprised that the OPD testified for it and used the Von Maur shooter, who should have already been a prohibited person, as their justification. |
At this point in time, are you of the opinion that nothing that's come out about Andy or his wife should be looked into in regards to conflict of interest, or, regarding his wife, quid pro quo shenanigans?
