Was checking the list for people in my area after hearing therecwas one nearby. Victim was under 10. He was convicted in September 2025, sentenced to 68 months, inmate lookup site shows teleased February 2026. WTF? I know the democrats in charge love criminals but that's really insane to me. He's back living in a neighborhood full of young kids. |

You'll have to look at the date of the offense, and if he was in custody or out on bail. If the case went to trial, it may have been more than 3 years from arrest to sentencing. Even if he pled guilty within the first couple months of being arrested, that could still be a year or more before he was sentenced... If he was in custody, all that time in jail before sentencing counts towards his final period of incarceration. 68 months is seems like a short sentence in my book for anything related to a sex offender and a 10 year old.... But then again, I am also all in favor of the death penalty for sexual assault on anyone under the age of 12... |
