I got this guy about 1:30am, first shot was about 50 yards out in the left rear quarter, then after
cashing him down by foot I went full auto on him. 14 rounds to center mass might be a bit much but it was fun....

You're going to need an SP or an A1 upper to do that bro.  I might have one gathering dust in the garage.  Will look at digging it out sometime tomorrow.

Shoots nice. Have around 300 rounds through it so far.  Just put the Sparc on, will see how it does.

Looks nice. What barrel did you use? You'll have to let us know how you like the Sparc.

You going to Del Norte next week?

It's a A.S.S.(Alpha Shooting Sports) 16" light weight barrel.  Was skeptical about the barrel because of the price.  The first one had problems, but they shipped me a new one fast.

The Sparc.... Dunno.  The ocular is tiny, not diggin' that.   I know it's supposed to be small, but dang.

Yep, need to get out to Del Norte next week, probably Thursday.

I will pull the scope. That is the longest, hardest conversion I have done.

What was so difficult about the conversion?

Saftey lever did not function,Disco spring did not fit the tapco disco .Then was too stiff. Ate a lot of my night flipping coins on what to drill file and cut.

I picked up this Cimarron/Uberti 1873 "Short Rifle" the other day. It has a 20" octagon barrel and is chambered in .45 Colt. I took her out to the range and I was ringing the steel plate at 100 yards right out of the box. The action is super smooth, but the trigger is a little stiff, so that will need some work....
