Here is the first of a few new additions to the safe. This should be the most boring but it feels great to be back in collecting mode. Blue box  Ohh *another* M&P..  Ahh here's where the Pro part comes in.. S&W M&P 9mm Pro Series 5inch. (yea also my attempt at an artsy shot)  This badboy is going to get used like a $2 hooker on half off night. Going to use it for IDPA and some USPSA but mostly for a few classes I am taking this year. Going to probably put 4-6K rounds through it in the next 5-6 months alone. 3000 rounds come in tomorrow. 5 more magazines, holster and mag holders should be trickling in over next couple of days. |

I can finally add to this thread. I'm hoping that I do the picture attachment correctly so bare with me. This my first EBR, I've been waiting on the arrival for a minute. Her name's ARachne the Black-Widowmaker, say hi. (Took these shots after doing a field zero. The clay pigeon was 120 yds out and didn't break, so for a minute I was thinking the zero didn't hold) If I was successful in posting the pic, I'll try and get some better pics and a family photo up soon. If not, try try again(I have 0 interweb skills).

Thanks. It will eventually be a SBR...but for now I'll have to be content with it as a pistol.
The last AR I built was all Daniel Defense. I've read a lot of good things about Spikes so I figured I would build one of them. It was fun to build, here are the specs: -spikes 10.5 upper -spikes T2 buffer -spikes stripped lower -spikes NiB BCG -spikes LPK -spikes NiB coated battle trigger -spikes trigger gaurd -spikes pistol buffer tube (wrapped in para cord) -kns FDE pins -MOE hand gaurd -Ergo FDE tac grip -Noveske QD buffer tube plate |

Nice! You'll have to let us know how you like it. I've been kicking around the idea of getting some sort of AK variation and have been thinking about a saiga. It looks good...I like the longer stock!

Looking good! Are thinking of SBRing the pistol at some point or just leaving it as is? I just built a pistol, with the intent of SBRing it, but am finding that it shoots pretty good like it is...a little better than I thought it would.

I can't think of why NATO would be longer, aren't European guys supposed to be shorter then us American guys?
