Trying to help a friend (LEO) who lives in NJ decide on a defensive carbine and I'm so lost on what's actually legal in that state. Any recommendations for me to pass along? Thank you |

Seems odd, he should know, if he doesn't that's an issue, and maybe he should consult the agency he works for to be safe. |
