What the fuck ever happened to a right to a speedy trial for the American people. These courts are in the states pockets. This justice system is broken. Think about the 15 round mag ban to 10, it has been going on for 5 years? These courts should be deferring to the 2nd amendment right, not the state, on these issues while they are in court. The benefit of the doubt needs to go to the people not the state. Ridiculous. |

Update on the Mag & AWB consolidated cases Dan Schmutter's Anjrpc and Ellman plaintiff's response.     eta: The AG was trying to get away with a fast one in his letter by saying that NJ can ban arms because they are "dangerous OR unusual". Schmutter put him in hs place by stating that "dangerous AND unusual" is the actual law of the land. |
