It's all BS. The old Allen coal fired power plant adjoins it to the east. The Xai facility is the old Electrolux plant. The river is to the west. There is a steel mill to the south. State park and a wasteland of some homes and scrap yards further to the east. Refinery as well as all of the industrial area as well as the main riverport all right there. The old Allen coal plant is polluted as all get out and that is a fact. It has been converted to a guess what, a TVA GAS TURBINE power plant for the last 7 years. NOBODY has said jack about it. It makes perfect sense to put the computer facility there. There is a wastewater treatment facility that joins it on the north. They will be using water that was being dumped back into the river anyway for cooling. There is already a power plant there. There are no other factories or anyone else for that matter that could use the facility. It would never be suitable for anything else. It is 100% commie funded opposition from out of town agitators. Look at it on Google earth on the satellite view and see what I am talking about. Xai location |

There is predictable transformation in civil rights organizations. First, there is the formation . The purpose is to coordinate efforts to achieve better results as a single voice rather than many voices. Then a single strongman appears and takes control of the organization and it prospers and achieves goals. The end comes when the strongman uses the organization to enrich himself. The original civil rights quest is secondary to the grift. NAACP. NRA. SPLC. Urban League. All fit this pattern. |
