It's very likely that I will be moving to Hanover, PA soon. Can anyone recommend any shooting ranges and gun shops?

Welcome. I just moved here beginning of May and still trying to get situated but I have heard some good things about the Gettysburg Trading Post. Check my Post Moving to York County and some people have offered some info.

McSherrystown Fish & Game range is the only one I can think of offhand that is close to Hanover.

I cannot recommend because I have not been there in many years. But its worth looking into
