Any ideas on where to buy a half a cow or have it butchered?

I used to have a friend in Fitchburg, but he recently passed from cancer. This year I got half a cow from Templeton Farms in East Montpelier, It was a drive but the meat seems to be all really high quality

kid that works for me is a part time farmer. has cows, pigs chickens turkeys etc. milford / holliston area. Email if you want his contact.
