Hope everyone is alright. A family member of mine, his house got squashed by an enormous oak tree. Some cars damaged but he’s alright. 5 hours so far with a chain saw and didn’t make a dent. Probably a 3 mile wide, 8-10 mile long area just looks like it got carpet bombed. |

We just had a bunch of limbs/branches come down. Probably a quarter mile north and directly east of us got hammered. The area the suspected the tornado was going to hit was two streets north of me and I believe it. We did not lose power, thankfully. My sump pump was working non-stop for a few hours. @Foxtrot08 if someone needs help post here. I can come out after work and lend a hand. |

He needs to get his insurance company out before anything else happens. Clean wise, we will see. Thank you for the offers so far. I’m probably just going to rent a whole tree chipper. Like a 12-16in chipper and a big excavator. Probably a 306 or 309 with a mulcher. Zip the branches off. Chip the tree. |

If you need some advice on how to handle these situations…. I can help. Our lake house in-law suite took a hit from a 100’ tall Oak tree about a month ago. I am learning all about how this process works. $150k in damage and still counting. We hired a public adjuster out of the Cleveland area to assist. |

Looks like they have a preliminary confirmation of a EF1 tornado that has a 0.5 mile track. Hit not even 1.5 miles NE from my house. Crazy, we only had some branches down and whatnot but not much further away massive trees were all uprooted and powerlines down everywhere. I still have a few friends without power, they are hoping to get some by the end of tonight. |

The upside for him, is his sister is my mother. And we happen to have a law firm with our name on it lol. So yeah it will be taken care of properly. We drove through the start of the storm while driving on Palmyra heading to Cockeye’s in Warren. Came home (Canfield) only to find a few limbs in the backyard. We got lucky. |

Looks like today was the day for the southeastern part of the county to take a hit. Storm rolled through today and made a mess of Poland and Springfield Townships. Doubt it's as bad as a few weeks ago, but it was not fun to drive in. Had to turn around 5 times to get to the house as every road had large trees or branches blocking roadways. |
