Anyone know anything about this???? "Massachusetts applies its laws evenly to residents and non-residents alike," Campbell said in a statement. "Nothing in the Constitution prohibits Massachusetts law enforcement officers from enforcing state law within its own borders, simply because someone is from a different state." That's an interesting statement from the MA Attorney General. A MA resident permit is good for 5 years. A non-resident permit is good for 1 year. |
