Quite a while back, Nashville's metro council was making some noise about how Nashville should be more like Memphis. I think section 8 housing and Nashville's juvenile court adopting the policy of catch and then release as quickly as possible, made the council's dream come true. Even Bellevue has been shifting toward ghetto. |
