CHEERS!

Here's the pitch!

I have a piece of land near Heber Springs  that I  purchased over 50 years ago. My pops took me down to do some bass fishing one summer. Pops purchased some lots on Round Mountain and talked me into buying some lots next door to him.
I've gone back and forth trying to sell that land to finance other projects but always ending up hanging on to it. I had a deal just fall through on a spot of land near Lake Quachita.

I'm turning 70 in a year, officially retiring, and want to use my VA mortgage to build a place, and use my 'nut' to scout out a houseboat on Greers Ferry or Lake Quachita. I'll be eligible to rent out my place in a couple of years or keep it as a base if I stay on Greer's Ferry Lake.

I'm a retired builder, built some some "tiny" self sufficient  homes, and want to retire in one of my own dwellings. My designs collect and filter rain water and my designs use state of the art incinerating toilets and grey water processing systems.

The land has a Restrictive Covenant in which the controlling? Corporation was dissolved in 2006.

I'm having a hard time trying to hire a Real Estate lawyer through phone messages and  online requests, to see how that Covenant effects me. I have all the original documents, including some alleged promises of bringing water to the mountain.

That's what it is.

Any help referring a lawyer where I can actually drop a name would be appreciated.
