Happy Easter everyone! I'm in Walland and looking for a good butcher to feed the smoker and grill. The kind of place I can become a regular at and rely on. Big roasts, individual steaks, pork parts, poultry stuffs, fresh (raw) sausages, looking for all of it.  Maybe within an hour in any direction? Any recommendations would be much appreciated! Thanks! |

The butcher at any Food City should be good about ordering any specific cuts you might want. They're only going to stock what will sell quickly but they were great about special orders |
I think one of the major problems with America today is not enough families sit down to a big plate of squirrels momma just fried up.
