I saw this at First Monday, it was a semi-permanent shop in the southeast corner, I think they call it the alley area? Didn't have time to investigate. I have been to Canton for first Monday exactly once in 15 years. I guess I will have to try it one more time. I doubt anyone will have FRTs at the Winnsboro show this weekend, it seems like the smaller outlying shows tend more to the local FUDD market, probably same for the Nacogdoches show as well. Probably the Longview show is the next best bet for shows. That’s why it would be nice to have a consistent local dealer with stock rather than running all over to gun shows. |
| Sometimes one of the guys will have some at the smaller shows around here (i'm in the tyler area) but it depends on what he has traded for. So yes, i've seen some of the FRT type triggers even at the "fudd" type shows here. i'll be set up at the Longview show coming up, if you make it stop by and say hi. Look for the big baldor buffer i used for knife sharpening. |

| Their website works well, order one from the official website. Your not going to see any local discounts. Those days are over since 2008. The official rarebreed website ships fast. There was a notice that what they had was a copy they were given after a lawsuit. That has been removed so its likely those are sold out and theres a " legit " version now. |

Thats beyond my skill level on a computer. of course, there is always the possibility that the dealer has moved as well, as nothing appears to be permanent at Canton Trade days. |

One guy had a pair of Ruger P89’s asking 450 each, I may have been tempted at 300-350 but the P89 isn’t worth 450 to me. I considered going across to that area yesterday, but My wife had tagged along and I didn’t want to spend a bunch more time wandering. I am probably not going back to look anymore, this month, maybe next month, but I doubt it. I am assuming that they probably only have super safety style FRT’s as those are the most cost effective to produce apparently. With as many of the metal super safety’s as I have seen at extremely different price points, somebody must be bringing them in from China by the container under some other name. Thanks for the clarification. |
