| I'm a retired law enforcement officer in Delaware. I can legally possess " high capacity magazines". Yes, the law is terrible. But I have some vintage magazines i would like to sell. Half of the answers I get say it's not legal to sell them even to someone in a free state and half say that I would be exempt. So, my question is, can I sell 50 plus year old magazines online to free states? AI has been no help. 50/50 answers depending on the provider. Thanks. |

Sell them. In DE you just need a DE carry permit to buy anything over 17 rounds. People from other States can buy them in DE. Yes, the Laws are F'd. Sell them in EE. Ship them out of State an be done with it. |
