Some updates! This case has been dead since November 2025...until now! https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/66692907/lane-v-james/?filed_after=&filed_before=&entry_gte=&entry_lte=&order_by=desc We entered a letter informing the court that SCOTUS granted cert in Viramontes etc...basically a warning that they better take notice or get bitch slapped by Thomas. And that according to Wolford, the first step test was not applied correctly in the 2nd circuit NAGR case...meaning if it's an "arm" of any kind, it's protected...and it's on the government to prove history and tradition upholds any law. Which it doesn't. Obviously NY responded and disagreed with that analysis with some bullshit. We are gonna win this one guys. |
