I talked to Ira at The Gun Warehouse Saturday - they do trust setup there in the store for no fee (assuming you're setting up the trust because you're buying an NFA item from them). They said the wait on a suppressor stamp is about a year. Rumor has it that nothing will happen with respect to trusts until at least midyear, if even then. I'm thinking we might get a pass in an election year... time will tell. I'm most concerned about what happens if you have something in the works if/when changes do go into effect. |
