Whelp, just got my emailed notice that MCRC is banning the use of the P320 on their ranges. I responded with a complaint. I believe the P320 is OK to use as a Target pistol loaded at the shooting station only and always pointed downrange until proven empty, IE Mag removed and then slide hand cycled. I'm stuck with several of them, and I think usage should be allowed via some strict guidelines, IE, no holster use and no loaded P320 until on the firing line, and apply the age old rule of acting as if the gun is loaded and live at all times. What say you? |

I didn't say I was training with the P320. Its too big of a pistol. I enjoy target shooting with it. If I am going to train, I'll use my Sig P365, or my Walther PPS M2 or my LCP or even my Taurus PT940. They are small enough for good concealed carry and have always been reliable. The PT940 is a solid steel gun, a bit heavy but always reliable. And, I'm not a Taurus fan after the PT111 Millenium fiasco. |
