Not a surprise. Statists are always in self preservation overdrive mode. If passed, the local gangsters will create new "fees" or increase existing ones. That is political suicide for them. They may survive a millage increase that appears faceless but new fees/increases stand out on your tax bill. This they will not have. Ill be voting to remove two republican commissioners that have raised my millage rate, raised fee rates, created a new tax and oppose ANY cuts to spending. However, im sure they will be corrupted by the old guard or are lying just to get elected. |
