James Fishback announced Sean Lozano as his Lt. Gov running mate back on June 25, hyping up his law enforcement experience as a "decorated" officer from Lauderhill PD where he worked for three years. Turns out records show Lozano was terminated in December 2025 and deemed "permanently unfit for duty." An internal affairs investigation sustained findings that he pushed an elderly woman to the ground during a traffic stop incident in March 2025, lied about it (body cam from another officer caught him saying he threw her down), and wasn't wearing his body cam. It's picks like this that Fishback would be a disaster as governor. Imagine a whole executive branch with similar hangers on. It's why governor isn't an entry level elected position. Yes, the office of Lt. Governor is a waste of time and has no power. But having a bad pick as Lt. Governor in a PRIMARY is a really bad idea. There's a reason why no one in the primary has announced their Lt. Governor pick. Fishback is campaigning to be the next Nick Fuentes, not your Governor. |
