You're only in Memphis for one day. There's the Bass Pro Pyramid in Memphis. Huge. There's a hotel inside. Big Cypress Lodge Many vendors I deal with stay there. It's a short Uber/Lyft to Beale St. Downtown has an enormous LEO/National Guard presence and I wouldn't be afraid of Beale St. after dark. There are places in Memphis to avoid but, I'm not afraid of downtown. We eat Thanksgiving dinner at the Peabody every year. Go watch the duck walk. Rent a truck. They're big, have lots of room and a nice ride. We used to rent one for vacation every year. Almost all trucks have 4 doors now. |

I think one of the major problems with America today is not enough families sit down to a big plate of squirrels momma just fried up.

Sit in the garden. Their eggs Benedict and also the turtle soup is great. Then you have Johnny's PoBoys. Deanies. Acme Oyster. I could go on and on. |
