First off, thanks for looking

My girlfriend and I are in Quebec this weekend for her birthday. She wants to see the old city as well as St Anne de Beaupre.

Aside from that, any suggestions for must-see attractions?

Tim Hortons. . I've never been to Quebec City but hear it's very nice. I'm in Montreal just about every month for a week at a time and love it, but wouldn't want to live there.

I only stop in Quebec for coffee and gas when I'm there..
