Hey guys: My name is Erick. I live in Aurora. Right now, I work at Sprint selling cell phones, but my dream job is law enforcement. I'm putting that on hold for a while...but hopefully sometime in the near future I'll land my dream job. I'm 25, and love shooting and hunting. If you want to play sometime, hit me up! I just added a DPMS AR-15 to my collection! Can't wait to get my hands on it and take it for a test drive! I've loved guns since I was a little kid, but thanks to my family being a bunch of gun haters, I wasn't able to get into it till I was in college. While in college, I started the WIU Sportsman Club, which speicalized in camping, shooting and hunting! It was a blast! Besides my AR, I have an HKUSP .40, which I love, a Ruger Super Redhawk with stainless 7.5" barrel that is so sweet, Browning Buckmark .22, Remington 870 Super Magnum Deer Combo, Savage 110 varmint .223 w/oak stock and stainless fluted bull barrel (so sweet!), Remington 710 .30-06 rifle, and Ruger 10/22 rifle...but always adding to it. patrick here.... Arcola during the summer Champaign right now...doing internship with champaign p.d. Macomb for the past 3 and 1/2 years....student at WIU...will be back there in the fall to get my master's noticed a lot from the dupage co. area...my g/f is in the plainfield/naperville area....maybe you guys will have to show me ur many shootin spots the next time i'm in the area okay here's the other info COLT AR15 HBARII GLOCK 17 a couple remington shotties...one winchester rifle (they're oooooooooolder than my house which is really old lol).....jap style m1 from WWII (my grandpa gave it to me.) other interests include my '69 mustang.....my bass guitar/music....dogs....umm drag racing...computer stuff....i.e. racing games and first person shooters such as america's army, counter-strike, etc. my g/f....she's wonderful to me and approves of my expensive habbits...oh and did i mention she cooks lol.....lets see i think that's about it........... btw for you central IL guys since i'm in champaign...is oakwood by rantoul the closest place to shoot??? rifles that is...i live out in the country back around arcola and have made a backstop but that just doesn't make me feel real comfortable.....would hate to be the first person to murder an amish person lol....especially with a semi auto......i'd surely go to hell for that lol |

Been as firearms instructor for the past 23 years and run a small LE Training Corp and range in So. Ill. Been shooting and collecting rifles/pistols for 30 plus years and shoot mostly ISPC. Eileen 46 yrs old NW burbs Just starting business with hubby/massage therapist as well Went hunting when I was 18 using a 16 gauge, was fun. Then bought hubby a 9mm when we were 27 yrs old. We went to the shooting range within 2 hours of him opening his gift with a friend of his. Started shooting at those paper figures and even though I was close around the chest area, I wasn't happy. Hubby started talking about the "sights" I replied "What do you mean sightS?" I was shooting a 357 only looking at the end sight thinking it was the same as the 16 gauge. Once I knew I had to look through both, I had a nice tight pattern in the center. My hubby's friend turned towards him and said "Man, don't EVER piss her off!" Hubby now has an AR-15. I want to try that! Mom of 7, grandmom of 5, will be 6 come June. My wonderful hubby and I have been friends since we were 13 years old. I bowl ALOT. I am usually in tournaments every weekend. |
