According to the University of Minnesota's "Voyageur Wolf Project" recent findings concerning the illegal killing of wolves, found that 44% of the wolves were shot during the Minnesota state wide gun deer season. The "Voyageur Wolf Project" also state that very similar findings were recorded in neighboring Wisconsin, where 43% of illegally shot wolves occurred during that states traditional nine day gun deer season. Geez, you don't think that some of these illegal killings occurred because of federal mismanagement of the nation's grey wolf population? Gary |
