I was looking around for a CS stock but they’re not common down here. They were the standard on the C7 up there for awhile before being surplused. Are they fairly common to find up there? I checked at Marstar but they don’t have them. warm regards from the south side of Lake Ontario! |

Rt side towards the charging handle. I love the fact the British base systems had flexibility in stock length. My No 4 mk1 has a S stock, as does my second Clone L1a1, my first L1a1 has the so called extra short “arctic” stock. I guess they actually stocked both up there, the CS marked one that was our old A1 length and the standard A2 length that was 5/8” longer. |

I remembered last night that I had a stock. I was planning on building an sp1 clone but never did. I just dug it out and it has the cs on it.  I flipped it over to look at the other side and.. To say that you are on thin ice would be a vastly optimistic view of your current situation. The ice has melted. You are being supported by the surface tension of water.
