On the other hand, the .50 Beowulf is a little too long at 1.655". Perhaps he confused the .458 SOCOM with the .50 Beowulf. |

just got mine over the summer of 08. got it for $760.00 before taxes. only thing i didnt like was the rear buis. they dont have zero marks. ill be changing out the front sight to a folding one as well and replace the rear with a new peep that has the zero marks. plan on an acog and a can when funds allow. last thing will be a durakote in multicam.

Thanks M4Madness, They are all complete rifles, all are M4 types except the three w/ A1/A2 stocks, they are my preban Colts. A couple times a year I take them all out of the safe, clean, lube, carrees, fondle and then put them back in the safe..... Here is the couch pic.... I still needed a few more uppers back then:

Thanks.... the ACOG off of my M4gery until I can get an Eotech or Aimpoint. They are really sweet handling and firing rifles, I missed the tan stocked one.... so maybe I can get a tan one before anything political happens. |

Added the finishing touches today. I pieced this together starting with an M&P15 Lower, bought the upper, rail, and front sight off the EE here, and finally got a S&W marked stock last week of the EE.
S&W M&P15 OR upper with S&W 7" Troy Rail and Rail Covers S&W M&P15 Lower w/ Del-Ton (or whoever their supplier is) LPK MI Front Flip Up Sight YHM Rear BUIS Aimpoint (Clone) in Aimpoint Mount with Co-Witness Spacer Blackhawk 3-pt sling. Brownells 30rd mag with Magpul Gen III Follower and Ranger Plate I know some folks might knock the Aimpoint clone, but I wasn't sure what I wanted in an optic (EOTech, Aimpoint, ACOG, Traditional Scope, etc), so thought I'd start out with a less expensive clone before I took the plunge for the real one at 5 or 6 times the price. I've been pleased so far, so plan on keeping it until I need to replace it with the real one. |
