I don't mind temps in the 90s, but temps over 100, ugh. 106 today 111 tomorrow. Not looking forward to that. At least I am not at work till monday. Temps will drop into the high 90s, but sweating through multiple uniforms during the shift is never fun. |

That rain storm felt great….ill take any relief…though my dog is stressed out. Glad there is no hail to speak of, also |

| We had 2 big storms roll through this week. Lots of lightning and a decent amount of rain. We will see how many fires are out there when the wind kicks up again. |

Loved Wickenburg the first week of September. My dove hunting retreat for many years. Not worth it to me anymore to make that trek plus I don't like that kind of furnace these days. |

Wickenburg wasnt a bad duty station. Other than it being nuclear hot. I was posted there for a few weeks right before the fire that killed the 19 fire fighters. I remember driving through yarnell and thinking it was a tinderbox. |
