I am moving to New Mexico from Texas soon. Based on what I've read, there is a possibility of transferring an out of state permit to avoid having to take the entire 15hr class. Has anyone done this? Also, I see that the permit has caliber printed on it. Does this mean I should bring the largest caliber weapon I own for taking the class? |
