You guys really know how to screw up my plans. I just bought an FN502 to carry when hiking in the upstate. The idea was to lighten the load on the belt by ditching the 9mm. Now a video of a guy chewed up by dogs??!! I suppose that if the malls are dangerous in Columbia, then their version of a forest wonderland must be too. |

Harbison Mall (Columbiana Centre) and Harbison Forest have been a "bring friends with rifles" thing for a while. The mall's due for another gangland mass chuting no matter what they've posted about guns and guns-in-butts sniffing dogs. The Forest is surrounded by "aspirational purchase" struggling income neighborhoods that'll release their pets to keep their Mercedes and BMWs. |

I last set foot in that mall for a warranty issue with some glasses from Lenscrafters. I got my next pair from Costco. Oddly enough, that was right around the time I first met ThePontificator. The area isn't exactly headed towards a revival any time soon. |

| That whole side of town has been going downhill since the 90's. Broad River Rd. has turned into the new Two Notch Rd. (Richland not Lexington county). Definitely a two gun carry area. Thus the rapid development across the river in Lexington and also moving up I-26 to Chapin. |
