going through the Booger Bunker and finding hundreds of rounds of surplus 7.62X51 in a .50 ammo can I didn’t have on my inventory sheet and don’t recognize the head stamp.  Also finding mags I forgot about and parts in envelopes/boxes that were shipped and have no idea what they are or what they are for.  Kalahnikid I have something now you’d like…a Yugo M72 RPK that’s chambered in 5.56. He called it a M82 and has a custom made Childers receiver with 7.62 sized mag well but with 5.56 rails installed, 21.5” barrel professionally turned from a blank w/Yugo M77 brake, built on a “battlefield pickup” M72 parts kit, has a Galil bolt installed to convert to 5.56 and takes unmodified Galil mags. Should be a real pussy cat to shoot and cheaper than X39. |
