Does anyone know of a gunsmith in SD that will do hot blueing on a S&W revolver??? I recently took a revolver to Ahlman's in Morristown, MN, and am HIGHLY disappointed in their work. I have an excellent condition 29-3 (mnfr in 1986) that had patches of plum and a milky haze around the frame. Ahlman's is 3 hours away from Sioux Falls, so I gave them a shot... I'm still waiting to hear back from them to see how they're going to address the issue... |
