We are making the move from Louisville to Clarksville in one month. We are currently in Middletown, home of the perpetual traffic jam that is Shelbyville Road. An opportunity presented itself to buy a house that backs up to our oldest child, his wife and our two young grandkids homestead, so we jumped at the chance. The mother-in-law lives ten minutes away from there- My wife is from Jeffersonville, so I'm pretty well versed in the area of Southern Indiana. What I don't know, is: a good tabletop FFL or gunsmith/store with a decent transfer fee- I'm spoiled by a $10 transfer from another LEO here. Also, how about an NFA transfer? My only gunshop experiences over there is Keislers/Orion... |

Welcome to Indiana! I used to live in Georgetown, now live in Orange County. My brother in law lives in Clarksville. I'm rather ignorant on current transfer prices locally, I used to use River Falls Firearms when I lived in the area, but they closed several years ago. |
