I’ve gone back and forth on this for about a year, and finally decided that it’s the best option for Juice Juice is a 5 year old purebred Harlequin Great Dane. He’s from a farm in Texas that breeds working dogs. He’s my third Dane, and very unlike my other two. Instead of a mellow couch potato, he’s fairly high energy and I’m guessing about 165lbs. I have two children, 6+8 and he is a little wilder around them than I would like. He bounces a lot and doesn’t settle or lie down when in the house. Because of this he has been living in my fenced yard, with his own indoor room for sleeping. I’m hoping can find a farm or similar environment for him that he can excel in. I feel conflicted as I’ve ever rehomed a dog, but really hoping this is the best option for him moving forward Any questions or suggestions please don’t hesitate Attached File Attached File Attached File |
