| Everybody please get out and vote in Wisconsin next week... We can't let a commie like Hong get in and take away our 2nd A rights. We need every gun guy out there voting for Tom Tiffany. |

I heartily agree with get out and vote... but next week is just the primary to officially designate the candidates. Tom Tiffany is not running against wrHong next week, not until November will they go head to head (assuming both win next week as expected). November is when it really counts. I would cross over and vote for Crowley in the primary if it didn't mean I could not vote in the Republican races for other offices, such as US House Rep. You must declare a party in the primary and you only get a Dem or Repub ballot, but not both. I don't have a favored incumbant in my district, Tiffany was my Rep. If I lived in a district where my US House Rep was a heavily favored incumbant, and my vote for him/her didn't matter, I'd vote for Crowley.

I expect record turnout of Republicans in Nov. I've lived & voted in my township for 35 years. I never miss an election. The turnout in 2024, for Trump & to keep Kamala out, was mindblowing. It was raining steadily, and the line to vote was out the door into the parking lot.... all day long. We drove away, came back later with raincoats and an umbrella, there was still a line. A friend working the polls said she'd never seen anything like it. They had a continuous line all day, and it's a deeply 'red' area. Turnout was in the 90+%. I think this Nov will beat even that. |

| Well I did it. 1st time in my life I voted for a Dumocrat. I figured I'd do the Hong thing and see if she gets in. I bet the Dums are nervous about her because even the loons like Bernie and AOC won't back her. Time will tell. I'd like to think that even a Dem with half a brain would vote for a Republican over a commie. |

I'm really shocked that Crowley didn't win my a huge margin in Milwaukee. I figured Hong would carry in Dane county. Attached File I sure hope Republican fall turnout is a lot better than spring turnout. Only 300 ballots cast in my little township but only 25% voted dem so that's nice.  Glad to see Varnam beat Martin for Lt. Gov despite Martin's endorsements and funding advantage. |

I prefer conservative governance. I can accept nothing getting done due to gridlock. I could not accept a communist in the governor’s seat. |

My guess is 5% of Hong's votes were crossovers from areas with no other competitve Republican races. I saw a lot of talk about that being done, on Facebook. If you had no other races to be concerned with, it's not surprising to have a low turnout in a primary. I'm in a rural township also, mostly "red" although recent post-covid refugees have boosted the lefties numbers by a little, but they're still outnumbered by at least 2-1. I voted at 3pm, we were 418 & 419, and there were at least another 20 people come in before we left the parking lot. But we had a U.S. House election to fill Tiffany's spot, so there was a reason to come out & vote here. |
