| I hate to see any pro-2A advocate in trouble, but would need to understand the context behind the charges before jumping in to help out. From the case search info, it looks like he's being charged with felony assault and reckless endangerment while armed, and if there's any more info over at Maryland Shooters, I haven't been able to find it. Do you have any background on the incident? |

In early December, Dan was finally released to "home detention" pending trial (scheduled in March). Quite the travesty to be held so long (almost two months) without bail, especially when one learns than a Metro Police Department officer was just charged with almost the same offense, possibly worse, in AA County and released immediately on her own recognizance!
