The Firearms Policy Coalition (FPC) Legal Action Team is urgently looking for qualified FPC members and supporters in Washington D.C. who wish to sue the government and help us defeat an unconstitutional law! For this lawsuit, we are looking for the following: Individuals: Location: Washington D.C. Age: 21+ Issue(s): Does not currently possess in Washington, D.C. a magazine capable of holding more than ten (10) rounds of ammunition. Desires to and would have a standard capacity magazine (11+ rounds) but doesn't due to fear of enforcement of the District's ban. Background: No criminal or serious mental health history.
