Several times for me. Usually once or twice a year and I don't use toll roads but a few times a year. I've always paid it because it's so tiresome fighting on the phone with foreigners. Anyone else have this problem? |
Learned recently some toll plaza's don't like the plate. I ran through several with a Sunpass...Well it didn't match the car plate as it was a rental. So rental car company charged me for the toll plus a fee, then I get another fee from DOT in the mail. I tried fighting, & gave up. $4 in tolls cost me $28

| I used to have a hell of a time with the tolling system sending me violations because for some reason it failed to pick up my sunpass. I figured it had to be a mistake and ignored them for a while and ended up literally and figuratively paying the price just to get them to fuck off. Since I linked my plate to the account as a backup for the transponder I haven't gotten another violation and it's been a couple of years and a completely different vehicle/tag. |
